CHALLENGES IN SHARING CHRIST’S LOVE
Challenges and obstacles are often faced when we seek to share the love of Christ with others – these arise from within us as well as from outside. Ishak, a first-year student, faced this while seeking to talk about Jesus with Madurese in Sitobondo, with his team. The main challenges were learning the Madurese language and also the physical location of the ministry, as many Madurese live in remote villages. Despite this, Ishak remains enthusiastic, grateful for the mentors who accompany him.
Prayer point: “Lord, please continue to give Ishak a passion to share your love with Madurese in Situbondo, and use him to plant your Word in many hearts.”
